How to Enable Gzip Compression in Joomla
The internal Joomla compression system allows your visitors to transfer compressed pages, which in general reduces the webpage size and maximize the site's loading speed.
In order to enable this feature, follow next steps:
Login to your Joomla Administrator dashboard and click on System → Global Configuration.
Click on the Server tab and look for Gzip Page Compression.
Click once on the Yes button and press Save & Close button to save changes.
