How to Create Menu(s) For Your Joomla
Login to your Joomla Administrator dashboard and click on Menus → Main Menu → Add New Menu Item
Enter your Menu Title first and click on Select → Articles . I shall choose "Single Article" for this example.
Click the Select button to pick my preferred article. You may also choose your Target Window before clicking on Save & Close.
Here's how your main website should appear together with the new menu when visiting the main Joomla website.
If the new menu does not appear, remember to clear cache first by visiting System → Clear Cache→ Delete ALL.
