How to Activate SEO functions for JoomSEF Plugin in Joomla
Login to your Joomla Administrator dashboard and click on System → Global Configuration.
Click on the Site tab and turn on Search Engine Friendly URLs and Use URL Rewriting as shown below.
Remember to press the Save & Close button in order to save changes.
