How to Manage Your Clients in Magento
There are 2 ways how your clients can register their own account in your Magento store:
Clients register their account by their own.
Manual registration of Client's Account by our own.
We shall break down this tutorial into 2 sections:
This is the most easy step. Clients just need to visit your Magento store and click on the top right corner on "Create an Account" and then fill in their own details.
Login to your Magento administrator dashboard and click on Customers >> All Customers .
You will be redirected to the page below. Notice there's one registered client account. To edit existing client's account, you just need to click on the edit link as highlighted below.
If there's no client accounts registered yet, then you can click on Add New Customer button as highlighted above.
In the case of editing existing client's account, you can alter all customer details, including the email address, reset password (customer will receive reset password email), the shipping address, monitor the orders (create or reorder), the shopping cart, the wish list items, the reviews and manage the newsletter.
If you need to monitor live customers, you can always click on Customers >> Now Online.
Here's an example of a live client who have created an account at our store and checking out our store in realtime.
