How to Change or Set Currency in Magento
During the installation process, you should already set the preferred currency for your Magento. Hence, this tutorial is designed for those store owners who wished to change the currency of their own store.
Login to Magento administrator dashboard and click on Store >> Configuration
Under General section, click on Currency Setup.
Uncheck Use System Value as highlighted below. Remember to pick the currency of your choice from the drop down box. Also, highlight the allowed countries which you wish to market to.
Scroll down and you shall see Fixer.io, Currency Converter API, Scheduled Import Settings. For now you can ignore these settings. Once you're done, press the Save Config button at the top right corner in order to save changes.
