How to Transfer a Domain to ServerFreak Registrar ( Domain Transfer )

Requirement for Domain Transfer


  • Domain is unlocked and disable WHOIS Privacy Protection.


Domain Status: OK https://icann.org/epp#OK




  • Must be active minimum 7 days before domain expire.
  • Must be a valid domain contact (WHOIS)
  • Have access to the email account which can receive EPP Code.



Below is the step to start the domain transfer process


  1. Log in to Serverfreak client area using the URL below.

  1. Under the Serverfreak client area , please navigate to Domains >> Transfer Domains to Us

  1. Fill in the domain name and EPP code . After that , press "Add to cart"


Please enter your full domain name with the top-level domain (e.g., .com, .my) and without any subdomain or www prefix.




  1. The upcoming steps will be similar to registering a new domain. You will be asked to provide nameserver information, which can be entered either after the domain transfer is completed, or if you wish to add a hosting subscription at the same time.






Please note that once the domain transfer process has begun, it will take 5 to 7 days to complete. During this period, you will not be able to change the nameservers until the transfer is fully finalized.
