How to Perform Virus Scanning in cPanel
1) Login to your cPanel at http://yourdomain.com/cpanel
2) Under the Advanced section, click on the "Virus Scanner" icon.
3) Select the virus scan option by checking on the radio button to choose which directory you would like to scan.
After you choose the directory to scan for viruses, please click "Scan Now".
4) The virus scan will help you to scan your entire directory, mail directory only, entire web directory or entire public ftp folder for viruses.
Do use this feature to scan your web and mail directory from time to time ensure your web files and folders are cleaned from viruses.
