How to Create Email Accounts in Direct Admin
Login to Direct Admin console and click on your target domain name.
Under Email Management, click on Email Accounts as shown below.

Click on Create mail accounts and enter your new email account username, password, email quota. Remember to press the Create button.

The control panel will return a page that looks like below:

Note: You cannot create a POP3 account if the username is taken by an autoresponder, forwarder, or mailing list.
