How Page Title and Meta Description Influence SEO

Insert target keyword to Title tag – Always ensure that the title tag contain your exact target keyword as this one is considered as the most important factors for SEO

Title tag should begin with the exact target keyword – this is a good continuation from our previous point. The sequence is not important as long as the target keyword is placed anywhere in the title tag will also do its job right.

Page titles should be no longer than 70 characters in length – Google only shows the first 55 characters of your title tag, so using longer title tags won’t give you any benefits whatsoever. You need to take notice of how many times your keyword is repeated as well in your title tag.

Meta Description below 155 characters or less – Just like the previous point regarding the title tag, the meta description should be capped to 155 characters in length. Sometimes, you may have written beyond this limit and found that 155 characters is not sufficient. In this scenario, the advice is don't try to over exaggerate and exceed above 200 characters.

Insert target keyword inside Meta Description – As you know, when you search something on Google, when a match has been found the target keyword will become bolded in the description. Use this information to increase your Click Through Rate (CTR) and improve the SEO of the page. Most importantly, it should be relevant to the page.
