For gTLD (.com/.net/.org/.biz/.us/.info....etc)
Domain is unlocked and disable WHOIS Privacy Protection.
Must be active minimum 7 days before domain expire.
Must be a valid domain contact (WHOIS)
Have access to the email account which can receive EPP Code.
