How to send email using HTML Format in Webmail

Webmail by default will use plain-text format , you will need to change the default setting or change the format in the email itself.

How to send email using HTML Format

There is 2 ways to do this.

In the Webmail dashboard , press the "Compose" tab.

While composing the email , press the "picture" Icon to change the email format to HTML.

The email will send in HTML Format now.

Another way to do this is changing the default setting of webmail to HTML format, this will let you compose email using HTML format without changing it.

In the Webmail dashboard , press the "Setttings" tab.

Under "Preferences" , click on the "Composing Messages" tab

Change the "Compose HTML messages" settings from "never" => "always".

press "Save"

You can test composing the email now.

Certain email clients may default to a plain-text view, which can limit formatting and content display. For full functionality and visual fidelity, please ensure your client is set to display emails in HTML format.
