How to Open a Support Ticket

Login to your client area :

Click on Open Ticket tab.

Choose which department you need assistance then click Next.

Key in all important details (mark * ) such as Domain Name ,cpanel username etc

Write your message and click Submit.

Your ticked created and submited to Serverfreak, please take note on the ticket ID so you can use to refer to the issue reported.

You can check your Support Ticket History by tap on Open Ticket > My Support Ticket.
Click on Open button to view and reply your ticket.

Note : Please allow 15minutes - 30minutes for support team to respond to your ticket.
