How to Delete Email From Webmail

Note : Replace yourdomainnname.com with your actual domain name

Login to webmail. eg : https://yourdomainname.com:2096



Select email to delete and click Delete button

To completely delete the email from webmail, refer below advance setting

Horde

Go to Settings > Preferences > Mail



Under Message click Deleting and Moving Messages



Tick [ / ] Move deleted messages to your Trash mailbox instead of marking them as deleted in the current mailbox? and click Save



Roundcube

Go to Settings and click Server Settings.

Tick [ / ] for :

• Do not show deleted messages

• If moving messages to Trash fails, delete them

• Clear Trash on logout

and click Save
