Client area is your Serverfreak account which useful to view your invoices, make payment, view your hosting account information and for support tickets. In order to login to your client area, you need following two details:

Registered admin email address:
Password :

If you are a new client, please register a client area account here : Register New Account

Please note that, your control panel and client area login details are different. If you forget the client area password, do contact our billing team via live chat or ticket to request reset password. The new password only can be send to the registered admin email.

1- To change the password to your own prefer password, please login to your client area :

2- Click on the drop down menu and choose Change Password



3- Key-in the old password and New Password and click Save Changes
