How to Change Language Inside WordPress Dashboard
Login to WordPress Dashboard
Click on Settings > General.
Scroll down to Site Language and select the desired language you wish to change before pressing the Save Changes button. In this example, I'm going to change from English (US) to Simplified Chinese.
