# Reset Wordpress admin password via Softaculous

1. Login to **Cpanel**


2. Search for **Wordpress Manager by Softaculous** in the Cpanel search box

3. If the Wordpress installation list is empty, click on **Scan**

4. Then, click on **Start scanning on installations**

5. Once the scan completed and your installation is imported, click on the drop-down arrow as shown, then click on **Manage Users**

6. Select the user **username ** from the list, set the new password, then click on **Save**
