# How to use Imunify Email to check/unblock outgoing emails in cPanel

**Imunify Email checks every outgoing message from your account for signs of spam. When it believes a message is likely spam, it moves the email into a quarantine folder. You can review the items held there and, if any were falsely identified, release them to be sent.**


**You could control Imunify Email through the cPanel dashboard. To get started, follow these steps:**

* **Log in to your cPanel.**

* **From the cPanel home page, locate the Security area and select Imunify360:**

* **Select the Imunify360 option, then navigate to the Email tab:**

* **The "QUARANTINE" area shows a list of every message that has been placed into quarantine:**

* **To see a quarantined message, simply click the eye icon located in the Actions column:**

* **In the Actions column, tap the arrow symbol, choose "YES, RELEASE FROM QUARANTINE", and confirm to free the message from quarantine and send it.**

* **In the Actions column, select the trash‑can icon next to the message, then confirm by clicking "YES and DELETE" if you wish to delete a message.**
