How to use Imunify Email to check/unblock outgoing emails in cPanel
Imunify Email checks every outgoing message from your account for signs of spam. When it believes a message is likely spam, it moves the email into a quarantine folder. You can review the items held there and, if any were falsely identified, release them to be sent.
You could control Imunify Email through the cPanel dashboard. To get started, follow these steps:
- Log in to your cPanel.
- From the cPanel home page, locate the Security area and select Imunify360:

- Select the Imunify360 option, then navigate to the Email tab:

- The "QUARANTINE" area shows a list of every message that has been placed into quarantine:

- To see a quarantined message, simply click the eye icon located in the Actions column:

- In the Actions column, tap the arrow symbol, choose "YES, RELEASE FROM QUARANTINE", and confirm to free the message from quarantine and send it.

- In the Actions column, select the trash‑can icon next to the message, then confirm by clicking "YES and DELETE" if you wish to delete a message.
