# How to Transfer a Domain to ServerFreak Registrar ( Domain Transfer ) 


### For gTLD (.com/.net/.org/.biz/.us/.info....etc)

# Requirement for Domain Transfer

* Domain is unlocked and disable WHOIS Privacy Protection. 

| Domain Status: OK https://icann.org/epp#OK

* Must be active minimum 7 days before domain expire. 
* Must be a valid domain contact (WHOIS)
* Have access to the email account which can receive EPP Code.


### Below is the step to start the domain transfer process 

1. Log in to Serverfreak client area using the URL below.

2. Under the Serverfreak client area , please navigate to Domains >> Transfer Domains to Us

3. Fill in the domain name and EPP code . After that , press "Add to cart"

|| Please enter your full domain name with the top-level domain (e.g., .com, .my) and without any subdomain or www prefix.

4. The upcoming steps will be similar to registering a new domain. You will be asked to provide nameserver information, which can be entered either after the domain transfer is completed, or if you wish to add a hosting subscription at the same time.

||| Please note that once the domain transfer process has begun, it will take **5 to 7 days** to complete. During this period, you will not be able to change the nameservers until the transfer is fully finalized.
