# How to Setup Domain Pointers in Direct Admin

1. Login to your Direct Admin console and click on your target domain.


2. Under Account Manager, click on **Domain Pointers**.

3.  Then, click the **Create Domain Pointer**.

4. Domain pointers allow you to forward other domains to your main web site. Make sure to update the records of these domains to the same name servers as your main web site (this is done through the domain registrar) and tick the “Create as an Alias”.

5. In the above example, we are creating a pointer for our sample domain testdomain.com that makes all visitors to testdomain.com end up at myseconddomain.com. Be sure to click "Add" when you are finished entering the source domain.
