# How to restore Email from Acronis backup in cPanel

1. Login to your Control Panel (cPanel) account with your username and password at http://yourdomain.com/cpanel

2. In the File section, click on the "**Arconis Backup**" icon

3. Select your expected date the would like to restore

4. Select on **Files**

5. Select on **mail**

6.  You may tick on the **Email address** that you wish to restore then click on **Recover** button
