# How to Enable ID Protection (WHOIS Protection)

| The WHOIS Privacy protection service keeps your contact information private for a domain. This service replaces the public information that you provide with an anonymous proxy identity in the public WHOIS database. You can purchase the WHOIS Privacy protection for any of your domains at any time, as long as the domain is registered with us and the TLD supports the WHOIS Privacy service.

1. Visit [https://secure.web-hosting.net.my/clients/clientarea.php](https://secure.web-hosting.net.my/clients/clientarea.php) .


2. Enter your **email address** and **password** to login.

3. Click on **Domains** > **My Domains** .

4. Click on the scroll down button beside the tool icon, and click on **Manage Domain**.

5. Click on **Addons** on the left panel under **Manage**.

6. Under **ID Protection**, click on **Buy Now for MYR 12.90** .
