# How to enable access log archiving in cPanel

* Step 1: Log in to your **cPanel**

* Step 2: Under the Metrics section, click on **Raw Access**

* Step 3: If you want archive logs at the end of month, tick the check box **Archive logs in your home directory at the end of each stats run every 24 hours** and click save. Besides, if you want to keep archive logs for the current month and delete for the previous month, tick the check box **Remove the previous month’s archived logs from your home directory at the end of each month**

* Step 4: New setting has been saved and click **back**

* Step 5: If you wish to download the most recent raw access log displays today's activity, you can click on domain under **Download Current Raw Access Logs**

* Step 6: If you wish to download the file to your computer, you can click **Archived Raw Logs**
