# How to Delete Email From Webmail

|| Note : Replace yourdomainnname.com with your actual domain name

1. Login to webmail. eg : https://yourdomainname.com:2096

2. Select email to delete and click **Delete** button

* **Horde**

3. To completely delete the email from webmail, refer below advance setting

* **Horde**

Go to Settings > Preferences > Mail

Under Message click **Deleting and Moving Messages**

Tick [ / ] Move deleted messages to your Trash mailbox instead of marking them as deleted in the current mailbox? and click **Save**

* **Roundcube**

Go to **Settings** and click **Server Settings**. 

Tick [ / ] for :

 •	Do not show deleted messages 

 •	If moving messages to Trash fails, delete them 

 •	Clear Trash on logout 

**and click Save**
