# How Often Do We Backup Clients' Data?

Backup files are saved copies of your website’s content and hosting databases. 
These backups typically include all essential components of your hosting account, such as website files, databases, email accounts, and other hosting-related data, providing comprehensive coverage for recovery and peace of mind. All our shared hosting plans include a 30-day backup retention policy. 

**Backup Frequency**
**- Daily Backups:** Nightly backups are performed on the local server to ensure that the latest data is captured and available for immediate restoration if needed.
